We have recently completed upgrading our mail servers and some users may be having issues accessing their email. Please also note that your mail volume may be unusually low or high during a 24 hour period while we fully migrate from Pixius' mail server. The most common problems are listed below:
WebMail Problems:
If you are having trouble accessing web mail, please be sure your are going to the following web address: webmail.wildflower.net . Please note that webmail.pixius.com will no longer work to access your webmail; also, please be sure you are using your entire email address to login. Do not put www. in front of the webmail.wildflower.net address as it will not work. Please contact support with further questions. We will respond quickly.
SPAM:
Some users may be experiencing a brief period of high levels of spam do to the recent update of our Spam Filtering Technology as some filter settings may have be set back to default levels. Users may easily update their Spam Filter levels by following this tutorial: http://www.wildflower.net/home/spam_assassin.html . Users may alternatively send a request to support for help in turning up their spam filter: contact support
Username / Password Popup:
Some users may be experiencing an account name and password popup screen while try to access email in email programs such as outlook express. This is due to password policies we have implemented to protect your account. Most users will find that if they put in their entire email address (all lower case) in the username field and their current email password in the password field it will permanently fix this issue. Please try this resolution before continuing to support. This was done in the best interest of the security of your account and we do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
