My DSL isn't working PDF Print E-mail
If your DSL has stopped working there is a very good chance that your modem has simply locked up.

To fix this problem all you need to do is perform a "power cycle" on your DSL equipment.   Simply remove the power cord from the back of the DSL modem so that all of the DSL lights go off, then plug it back in again.  After a few minutes you should be back online.  If you have a wired or wireless router you will need to "power cycle" it as well.  Some older computers may even require a Reboot before they can get online

If a power cycle doesn't resolve the problem please see what lights are lit up on the DSL modem (DSL, Etherenet, Link,..etc.) and identify what kind of DSL modem you have and contact us
