I keep getting disconnected after checking my e-mail.

1. Start Outlook Express

2. Click on “Tools” at the top

3. Select “Options” at the bottom
   

4. Click the “Connection” tab at the top

5. Uncheck “Hang up after sending and receiving”
   

6. Click “Ok”
