Senders who send messages to my email are getting a message that says my mailbox is “over quota”

Generally your mailbox size is limited to 10MB.  This limit includes any messages you may have in your webmail.  To resolve this issue please remove some message from your mailbox by downloading them or deleting them via webmail click here to learn how to use webmail.  Alternatively, contact support and we may be able to up your quota for free.
