Our standard policy is to not issue refunds for the following reasons.  One, we offer discounts for prepaid services such as quarter and annual payments.  Issuing refunds would negate the whole point of issuing these discounts for prepaid services.  Two, issuing partial month’s worth of service is a complicated procedure requiring both check printing and multiple authorizations.  As such, it is too complicated and expensive to issue such refunds.  In certain circumstances, we will issue a partial refund.  However, Wildflower reserves the right to decline any such requests.
